Meet Calodagh

Before becoming a wellbeing specialist, Calodagh spent 14 years leading humanitarian missions in some of the world’s toughest crisis zones. She managed multi-million euro projects, led global teams, and supported communities recovering from war, disasters, and epidemics. This gave her deep insight into how people and teams perform under pressure, especially when facing extreme stress, change, and limited resources.

Before working as a wellbeing specialist for the last 15 years, Calodagh spent 14 years leading humanitarian operations in some of the world’s most challenging and high-pressure environments.

Her career took her to war zones, and drought and flood stricken regions where she helped rebuild lives, livelihoods and communities recovering from tsunamis, epidemics and other natural and manmade disasters. She managed multi-million euro projects, led multicultural teams across continents, and worked alongside people facing extreme loss, uncertainty, and change.

This experience gave her a unique understanding of human behaviour under pressure and how individuals and teams respond mentally, emotionally, physically, and organisationally when the stakes are high and resources are limited.

“Building cultures that transform stress into strength, where wellbeing drives performance and real-world results.”

“What I saw there is what I now see every day in business corridors and boardrooms: burnout. emotional exhaustion, stress without a break, loneliness and disconnection from what matters most.

The big difference is that businesses have the opportunity to act before its too late - and look after their most important asset, people and build stronger teams that consistently deliver, and avoid wasteful escalating costs related to absenteeism, staff turnover and lost productivity.”

Calodagh has been recognised for her leadership, excellence and pioneering work in the wellbeing industry.
