“I help organisations align their wellbeing programmes with their business goals - so that performance, productivity, and wellbeing go hand in hand. I don’t deliver fluff or quick fix bandages. I bring practical, grounded solutions with immediate impact, long-term results and lasting value.
Before dedicating the last 16 years to workplace wellbeing, I spent 14 years managing teams, budgets, and operations in high-stress environments across Africa and Asia, during and in the aftermath of war, natural disasters and epidemics. What I witnessed there - burnout, pressure, human fragility and resilience is echoed in the corporate world today. I’ve seen how unmanaged stress affects performance, motivation, leadership, and culture.
Through my consultancy, speaking, coaching, and team training, I help companies get to the root of their challenges and design evidence-based, cost-effective solutions that are sustainable and purpose-led. I give leaders and teams the tools to handle pressure, recover energy and thrive.
