With over 14 years of experience managing people, projects, and budgets in some of the world’s most high-pressure environments—including war zones and disaster recovery efforts across four continents— and over 13 years in the Wellbeing Sector, Calodagh brings a unique perspective to her coaching practice. She understands the intense demands of stress and how to overcome them. Her work in the well-being sector in Ireland, combined with her international experience has given her an excellent tool box of practical strategies to guide busy professionals to experience clarity and calm and help them create a fulfilling life.
